A general letter of permission for printing photos:

Here at Orphonic Multimedia, we don’t charge for photo prints.
We don’t like dealing with prints at all, actually. We charge the rate we want to make for our time shooting/editing, and then that’s it.
We encourage our clients to take their images to the printing vendor of their choice.
We do retain the copyright to our work (page 3, section 10 of our service agreement), but we grant our clients full permission to duplicate it for personal use.
We understand that many photographers charge for prints, and so we respect printer efforts to prevent unauthorized duplication.
To the clients:
If you’re not on a tight schedule, we recommend adoramapix.com for ordering prints online. We’ve ordered from them in the past and we’ve always been satisfied.
If you are on a tight schedule and need your prints fast, we have had pleasant results at Target. But really, feel free to have them printed wherever you want. Results may vary.
To the printers:
If you have any questions at all, feel free to contact us.
